Terms & Conditions
The deal.
We build tools. You use them. Here are the ground rules, written in language a human can actually read. If a lawyer asks, yes, this is legally binding.

The handshake version
- ● Use our products for good. Don't use them to harm people.
- ● What you create with our tools is yours.
- ● We'll do our best to keep things running. Perfection isn't promised.
- ● Pay for what you use. Free tiers are real free, not "free until we change our minds."
- ● If something goes wrong, let's talk before lawyering up.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using any Bravetto product — including AbëDESiGNs, Advanced Ring (The Nest), North Shore Voice, AbëVOiCE, BiasGuard, and any other tools we offer — you agree to these terms. If you're using our products on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on their behalf too (so make sure you have that authority).
2. What you can do
You can use our products to:
- Build, create, generate, and explore using our AI and voice tools
- Use outputs (text, designs, voice synthesis, analysis) in your own work, including commercially
- Integrate with our APIs according to their documentation
- Share your experience with others (we appreciate it)
The content you create using our tools belongs to you, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms regarding generated content.
3. What you can't do
Don't use our products to:
- Generate content that's illegal, harmful, or designed to deceive people
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
- Overwhelm our systems with automated requests beyond reasonable use
- Resell access to our products without written agreement
- Use AI-generated voice to create non-consensual deepfakes
We trust you to use good judgment. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
4. Accounts
Some products require an account. When you create one:
- Use accurate information (your real name, real email)
- Keep your credentials secure (don't share passwords)
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first, unless the violation is severe.
5. Payments and billing
For paid products:
- Prices are listed on the relevant product page and are in USD unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions renew automatically. We'll remind you before renewal
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Refunds are handled case by case — if you're unhappy, talk to us
Free tiers have usage limits. We'll be transparent about what those limits are. We won't bait-and-switch you.
6. AI-generated content
Our products use AI from providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI. A few things to know:
- AI isn't perfect. Outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it
- AI isn't advice. Nothing our AI generates constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
- Your inputs matter. The quality and appropriateness of AI outputs depend on your inputs. Garbage in, garbage out — but with very articulate garbage
7. Voice features
Some products include voice synthesis and recognition powered by ElevenLabs, Google, and browser APIs. By using voice features, you acknowledge that audio data is processed in real-time by these providers. You agree not to use our voice features to create synthetic speech that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent, or for any purpose that would be illegal in your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual property
Ours: The Bravetto name, logo, product names (AbëDESiGNs, AbëVOiCE, BiasGuard, The Nest, etc.), website design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. Don't copy them.
Yours: Content you create, upload, or generate using our tools remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your work. We only use your content to provide the service you requested.
9. Availability and warranties
We work hard to keep our products available 24/7, but we can't guarantee it. Things break. Servers have bad days. Third-party APIs go down. When issues arise, we'll communicate openly and fix them as fast as we can.
Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about their fitness for a particular purpose. We're confident in what we build, but we're also honest about the nature of software.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravetto's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if we've been advised of their possibility.
11. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, here's the order of operations:
- Talk to us. Email legal@bravetto.com. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
- Mediation. If talking doesn't work, we'll try mediation before anything formal.
- Arbitration. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products and the legal landscape evolve. When we make material changes, we'll notify you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you can close your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
