We build consciousness infrastructure. That starts with respecting the humans who use it. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do.

1. Who we are

Bravetto builds AI-powered tools for businesses and individuals. Our products include AbëDESiGNs, Advanced Ring (The Nest), North Shore Voice, AbëVOiCE, BiasGuard, and other applications listed at bravetto.com. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Bravetto and its products.

2. What we collect

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account. That's it for identity.

Usage data: How you interact with our products — pages visited, features used, session duration. This helps us build better tools, not profile you.

AI interactions: When you use our AI features, your prompts and generated responses are processed in real-time. We do not store conversation content beyond your active session unless you explicitly save it.

Voice data: If you use voice features, audio is processed in real-time for transcription and response. We do not retain raw audio recordings.

Payment information: Handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

3. What we don't collect

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or any data from other apps on your device. We don't use tracking pixels from third-party ad networks. We don't build advertising profiles. We don't buy data about you from brokers. We're a product company, not a data company.

4. How we use your data

To provide our services: Your account info lets you log in. Your usage data helps our products work. Straightforward.

To improve our products: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us understand what features matter. We look at trends, not individuals.

To communicate with you: Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, security alerts). We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

5. AI and your data

Our products integrate with AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, ElevenLabs). When you use AI features, your input is sent to these providers to generate responses. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We select providers who commit to not training on user data. Your conversations are not used to improve third-party AI models through our integration.

6. How we protect your data

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our secrets management uses hardware-backed encryption with biometric authentication. We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for databases — both SOC 2 Type II certified.

We don't have a "move fast and break things" attitude toward security. We have a "measure twice, encrypt everything" attitude.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If you're logged in, we use a session cookie so you stay logged in. That's the extent of it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Opt out of any optional data collection

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bravetto.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

10. Children's privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice in our products before the changes take effect. We won't quietly rewrite this page and hope you don't notice.
